I need someone to make a texture map. I need to render a bunch of plastic signs and I have one sign that is the original. So I need a Photoshop document that has a layer in it that I can drag like a color over the circle or square or oval sign. I cannot just use a color because it has a Pearlescent characteristic to the background. See attached photo. So the deliverable is a PSD document with this a an editable, draggable layer.
