246507 Meneame Customization

What I need done:

* I need a site that is a customized version of Meneame - a digg clone in Spanish. The source code is available for free

* This is NOT a brand-new site and I do not need a full design.

Here's what I want and as detailed as i can get.

* Enable html in the posts (using textile)

* Meneame currently requires a URL when submitting. I want the users to have an option for this (i.e an option that will let users to port stories even if they don't have a url e.g it could be an artilce/editorial). A good example is the one at indianpad.com.

* Enable users to select a thumbnail when they post a new topic/story.
