PROJECT SCOPE:
Main project scope is the implementation of Multiple Fields & Multiple Criteria searching on an existing WordPress website ([login to view URL])
DETAILED FUNCTIONALITY:
1. There are various membership types for the access on website features.
These membership types should be created from you through WP eMember plugin ([login to view URL]) which is currently activated on working WordPress website
2. The following forms should me created:
- Register membership form (based on eMember)
- Login form (based on eMember)
- Member form will have the following details:
Artist Type (see below)
Name
Surname
Website
Date of Birth
Place of Birth
Number of ID or Passport
Mobile Number
Telephone Number 2
Address
City
Post Code
For some ArtistTypes (see below) some additional fields should be added:
- For Models:
Hair Color
Eye Color
Performing Age
Height
Weight
- For Actors:
Hair Color
Eye Color
Performing Age
Height
Weight
3. The main business behind this website is the ability for members to search with multiple criteria for Artists and for specific "properties" of them.
Entity analysis:
a. There are various ArtistTypes:
- Actors
- Amateur Actors
- Extras
- Models
- Dancers
- Crew
- Animals
b. Actors, Amateurs Actors, Extras, Models and Dancers can be either:
- Men
- Women
- Children
c. Crew subcategories are the following:

Video Operator
Production Assistant
Assistant Camera
Assistant Director
Graphics
Production Manager
Director of Photography

3. MULTIPLE SEARCH
Main functionality which should be implemented is the multiple search between criteria based on ArtistTypes and their properties.
For example:
Find an Actor, who is Man AND 32 years old AND 10 years as "Performing Age" AND he is between 175 and 185 cm in Height.
The result of the search will be an Actor's page with all details.
4. All fields should be multilingual.
WPML plug-in has been purchased and will be activated for this ([login to view URL])
DEADLINE:
- Multiple search functionality should be ready by 01.10.2012-latest 05.10.2012
- Registration forms and member edited forms should be ready by 27.09.2012
