OpenCart or Virtuamart Purolator Integration Mod

Shipping module (extension) for OpenCart using Purolator E-Ship Web Service.

Optionally if you are not familiar with OpenCart it can be done in VirtuaMart or PrestaShop

Function #1. When a customer is at Check Out page, Display 3 Radio Buttons with the 3 Availeble options.

The ones needed are marked wih exclamation point (!)

I will need the Purolator API to be implemented with the OpenCart Framework so it can get the Shipping address variables and create an estimate price for the "Shipping TO" Postal Code. ( I have sample code)

Function #2 Once the Shipping Option is selected add-it to the TOTAL check out price.

Function #3 With the Help of the Purolator API create the Shipment at Purolator to the designated address from the Shipping TO Variables.

Fairly straight forward, I am just having difficulties implementing the code at the Check out Page.

* I will require an installation package with instructions of some sort

I will provide the API sample codes, Documentation and Development keys.

Successful candidate must have experience in OpenCart, PrestaShop, VirtuaMart.
