This will all be done in phases so the user is actually controlling every step. (Bonu$ if you use AJAX and jQuery)
First, the user will press a button, the the script will scrap the following address:

It will then list all the ips and ports in a textbox on the page in the following manner:
IP:PORT
Next, the script will then connect to the following adddress:
[url removed, login to view]
If will record this IP as it is the users' real IP. Then using curl the script will connect to the same address using the proxy ip and port. If it takes longer then 5 seconds, throw the IP away, if the IP address is the same using the proxy, throw it away.
Only save anonymous proxies.
When the script is done, it will save only the anonymous proxies to a text file.
