71705 Content Manager for newsletter

We need a program in php and mysql for creating automatically online a newsletter using a template. It will be like a little content manager. We will input in the admin areas articles divided in titles, headlines and body as well an image (as in phpnuke). In the admin area the articles will be also grouped by topics. Each time we will create the newsletter we will choose the articles to put inside along with the order in which they will appear (first, second etc...). The articles must be inserted in the template choosen. Very important: The links between the newsletter and the web part of each article should appear like normal links without the character ? .
