ASP/JavaScript login

I am looking for help with a login script that allows 2 different access levels using 2 different usernames and passwords. The first level allows general access to a page with a successful login. The second level sets a session cookie to allow the user to view specific data on the page. I've had to take over this job from another developer but ASP isn't my area of expertise and I've improvised with a bit of JavaScript. Ideally, I'd just like to get what I've done so far working properly; however, if there are real logistical problems with it, I'm open to suggestions. At this time, I can only offer a good rating and the possibility of more paid work, as I have other projects will require ASP scripting. I'll entertain the possibility of a bonus if the chosen bidder is especially helpful to me in learning ASP.
