PHP/ASP Database and Backend for Classifieds Website

I need someone how can complete a Classifieds website, based on CSS pages that I would provide. All the CSS coding is DONE, it was made by a different Freelancer with whom we've had a bad experience.

- Each user will be able to create his own account to create ads, or to send messages. Account creation is NOT required, so anyone can post as annonymus.

- Each product announced can be classified in admin-defined categories. These should be editable by admins only.

- Each product announced can have up to 10 pictures.

- There should be an internal messaging system, so that users can send messages between themselves without having to share their emails.

- The page will be FREE, so no credit card processing is required.

- The main page has various products that are populated automatically, such as latest posts, most viewed...

- There should be a report abuse option for every product, as well as a list of flagged words. If a product has them, it will not be posted until an admin approves it.

- Visitor count on the main page.

I'd like to see some of your work of course. Previous reference websites including a database are a MUST.

I'd like to work on this in 2 sections:

1. Site programming.

2. Implementation and testing. This will be a 3-month period. I am willing to issue monthly payments during this process, in exchange for expedited responses and immediate fixes for any issues we encounter.

ust for the record, please be aware that there is no <Buy> functionality required on the site. In other words, there's no need for "Add to Cart" or "Purchase" options. The site will simply allow customers to share what they are selling, and provide their contact information to the buyers. We are not to handle credit card information.

Also, we'll be needing facebook/twitter integration, so when people post something, they should have the chance to share the post in these social networks. Finally, the pages are not linked with each other, that needs to be done too. Please consider it for your bids.
