We are looking for a professional web based time attendance and payroll software for international market.
We offer time recorders products and would like to offer a web based Time attendance service to our customers, where we create a login for the customer , who can then enter/import their company, work schedule, shifts, holiday calendar , employee data to configure the system.
Employee attendance shall be uploaded as a text file 9generated by time recorder devices) or manually entered as a time card, which needs to be filtered and stored in database. This means that each employee can have a login to enter his time cards, see reports, make leave applications, or ask questions.
Exceptions if any are to be reported to department heads/administrator for their actions. this system can also send email alerts to employees, department heads, admins.
There are several example of such simple and free software on the internet but we are looking a very professional and detailed software.

Payroll:
Along with Time attendance we also need payroll features to allow companies to calculate salary payable based on time attendance and leave data.
We do not need country specific statutory forms and data. but ability to deduct taxes based on formulas(like excel formulas) and manually.
This software will be used by companies with employees less then 100.
Expense reporting by employees is also required.
We will prefer to work with developers who already have very good experience in the Time attendance and payroll software. If you already have the software ready then you can give offer for ready software with customization if any.
you can also give the reference to any other existing time attendance software that you will provide.
