Copy locked Files

We need a little Programm which we can read exklusive locked Files, such as Registry Files, and copy to a new file. Note!: I wrote not "Opend Files" I wrote locked Files! Locked Files on NT/W2k are Files open by a Prozess and exklusive locked for this Process. You cannot Copy this files with copyfileex. It's not possible to reboot the Systems or to kill the locking Prozess. I need a piece of code which can copy all kind of locked Files. It is not possible to take the Winapi Backup Routine. The ways i Prefer are: 1. Get the low level Data from a looked file FSCTL_GET_RETRIEVAL_POINTERS, collect the File Data from Hard Diks an write them easily back into a new File with a writefile Function. 2. Any Possibility to unlock Files Any other possiblility you knew (Maybe undokument Functions in the Filesys Driver like FsRtlFastUnlockAll) IF you have realy Expirience in Programming, Pleace Contact me.
