File Encryption Source Code Enhancement

I have a provided source code of an encryption program from a previous coder. I am not sure how to work it and I am in need of assistance on compiling and perhaps improving this source code. It is either written in C or C++. It's basically two programs: One encrypts all the designated files within a folder with a provided password. Another injects a decryption method into the exe that will disassemble the encrypted files. INSTRUCTIONS FOR POTENTIAL BIDDERS: Place a bid on how much you're willing to compile, correct AND show me how this code works (Please note, this project already works to a very high extent, therefore, high bids will not be accepted). Do NOT include a bid on enhancing the source code. Should the bidder I accept be able to compile, possibly make corrections to the source code, and have a working project, I will pay them their requested amount of money and hire them to continue to enhance this project should they wish to do it.

## Deliverables

1) Correct and compile the source code into a fully-functional working program in executable form. 2) Demonstrate to the buyer how to operate this program.

New problem: I told my friend about the encryption program and he replied... "All they'd have to do is debug your dll, or whatever you're using to decrypt them. Or even just set a breakpoint on execution at the point of decryption, freeze it and grab all the files as they're decrypted/being unpacked" Is there anyway to prevent this ? Perhaps modify the exe itself to recognize the encryption?
