269689 ZIP Code Location Search

Hello,

I have a site that needs to have a location search via ZIP Code. The end result will have the closest location as well as a google map of that location.

That is an example of how to do it. I have all of the locations in an excel sheet already.

I need a fast turn around on a VERY SMALL budget.
