Drupal 7 - Migration from ubercart to Drupal Commerce, EXERIENCED BIDDERS ONLY

We have a Drupal 7 install running ubercart (7.x-3.1) and need someone EXPERIENCED in ubercart, uc_recurring and potentially Drupal Commerce to help with two items:

1) First, and a major priority, is an issue whereby on a sporadic basis a member will get billed multiple times for a recurring membership (we use uc_recurring version is 7.x-2.0-alpha2+0-dev). They might get billed properly each month for a long time and then in a month ubercart seems to not update the renewal date and simply continues to rebill on each run of cron. Orders are cleared through auth.net. See migration to Drupal Commerce below which might be the way to get this issue resolved.

2) Next, we need to insert a change to the billing system such that when someone signs up for membership they are presented with three options from which they can select one before checking out of their cart.

3) The ultimate solution, which might sidestep all of the above is simply a migration from ubercart to Drupal Commerce which appears to be the direction in which most D7 sites head. If this is something you have DONE BEFORE and have experience of then this is likely the immediate need.
