A PHP Web-site named 'Every Image'. (This Web-site is a simplified variation of a standalone application that I have also posted as a bid request on this this site. If you wish to bid for both projects together please read the other bid request, the URL for which is: [url removed, login to view] ) The Web-site will have two main functions. The first will be to randomly colour all the pixels, in an array of 800 x 600 pixels, all the colours of the 16,777,216 colour pallet. It will display the result and then after 1/30th of a second it will display another random colouring of the pixels. The applications second main function will be to run through all the possible iterations of colouring each pixel in the array every colour of 16,777,216 colour pallet, and all combinations, displaying each iteration for 1/30th of a second. (The total number of iterations will be the number of colours to the power of the number of pixels). The Web-site might work by using borderless table cells of 1 x 1 pixels and Javascript to adjust the background colour of these. There may be a better way of doing this? I am open to suggestions but I do not want an embedded Java application.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):
a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
