Internet business web site (almost identical to commercial 'dating' web sites)(repost)

Looking to create an internet business site that is essentially a reproduction of commercial dating software, but with some modifications. Extended features such as online chat, video, etc would NOT be needed for this project. Site must have fast and robust search capability- within range of a Zip Code, search by mulitple parameters etc. Site must have a strong Admin area, but doesn't require CMS features to change layout, etc. Security in all aspects of the site must be strong.

Next :

Please thoroughly review the specifications of this commercial dating software, ([[login to view URL]][1]) and the .zip spec document I've provided. You should be completely qualified to build applications combining any of the features from these two documents and prepared to be flexible in the creation process of this business.

If you are concerned about my buyer rating of 'poor', contact me and I'll tell you about the arbitration I lost. I would do it the same way again. Just know that I am dead serious about this business project and I am dead tired of dealing with flaky and unprofessional programmers. This is the last time I'm listing this project. I need a Pro. ## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
