Searchable Archive and Special Email Funtion(repost)

I am building a membership website and database and need four things added to the existing database. The first is to be a searchable archive function. It would be searchable by keywords or keyword phrases. There should be a feature to allow me to add or modify content in the archives, but would not allow members to delete or modify anything. I currently have about 400 pages of Word documents that need to be archived. Each page has different information. I'd like to have an easy way to import these pages as well as add pages to the archive manually if needed. The second function is a special email template for members to fill out and send to me by email to request special information. The third function would be a special email auto response message that is immediately sent to the person who requested the information. The purpose of this email message would be just to let them know their message was received and their request will be handled. The fourth function would be an auto response email that is sent out automatically about 10 days after the person's original request is received by me. I would also like to be able to manually reset the number of days and also have the ability to disable this function if I desire. The purpose of this function is to ask for members feedback on how successful the email broadcast was in their search for information. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask. ## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
