SQL word randomizer

Create a my sql data base with 30 fields and 200 characters per field.

Needs an input for each field.

The output will be randomized from each field without spaces between fields when it is cut and pasted.

It would be perfect is we added the code on a page and the input could be put on the page with an output button.

We are using word-press so it should be able to work of a post page or web-based and stand alone is fine to. But if it can be inserted into a word-press post that would be perfect.
