Website Project(repost)

Design and build (no templates, must be original) a website preferably in Net Objects Fusion (Front Page or Dreamweaver would be acceptable).

The site should be modeled off

[_www.hairtransplants.com_][1], [_www.perfectyourself.com_][2] or [_www.physicians.com_][3] and needs the same functionality.

Top of the site needs a cool graphic header containing website name (Plastic Surgery Yellow Pages), "Doctor Search" entry area, date, and link buttons for Home, Add Your Practice, and Contact Us.

The home page needs to be modeled after

[_www.hairrestoration.com_][4] including photos space on the home page and space for banners on the right side that can be easily edited/added/deleted.

Also space for 25 photos and name/location that are hotlinked to separate page for each doctor along with a backend management tool.

I need header graphics, date, doctor 'search box' and all the other functionality found at [_http://www.hairrestoration.com_][5] including the 'Add Your Practice' form.

The doctor listing found at <A

is also needed.

I will need a backend with the ability to go in and add/edit/delete listings, etc.

Please provide samples of YOUR work or you will not be considered. The buget for this project is $150. If successful, there is a possibility I will hire you on a monthly basis to maintain all 20 websites.

The overall design needs to be first class and professional. I have about 20 more sites to build.

## Deliverables

Winning bidder needs to submit progress reports every Friday and the completed work becomes 100% mine.

I prefer to be involved in the process and will ask coder to get me constantly updated.

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site).
