Add advert capability to my video site

Hi.

I have a video site built with phpmotion, I have both hosted videos and YouTube embedded videos. I would like to have an advert before each video plays.

Since as I said, some of the videos come from YouTube and not from my FLV player, I guess the adverts would have to be on a separate FLV player and after the advert plays (or the user clicks skip) it automatically loads either the YouTube player or my internal one.

The adverts, I would like to be able to upload and choose from the site's admin.
