We have developed the overall foundation/layout for a flash website: [url removed, login to view]
We intend to build on this and accomodate/fit content on the following two places in above site as nicely as possible:

and

Various sections of the site will have lists of article links, which will lead visitors to related pages.
This is what we want:
1. Accomodated the avaialble content (given on the above two links and some more) in the given site structure.
2. Develop a template page/design, which could be easily used for posting future content of the site.
3. The template should be flexible enough to both match the existing design, as well as accomodate medium size articles with text and graphic.
4. Link the "Contact us" section to a database on the site.
5. Also develop a members section. Only members, with verified e-mails would be able to leave feedback. Their comments and names will be visible. however, their e-mail addresses will remain invisible.
6. Design html section for readers feedback on articles, in case it is not convinient to accomodate comments on individual articles in flash design.
7. The template page will have a tool box. So that when readers finish reading an aricle, they will have option to leave feedback or read comments by others on the same article. The tool box willalso have the option to send link to the page by e-mail to others.
Detail suggestions and ideas are welcome. We will select programmer based on the ideas presented for taking the site further from where it is now (just the basic layout).
Moreover, this is a personal, non-for-profit venture by an individual, with the foundational work already completed, so please bid accordingly.

Fla file of the existing layout will be provided.
If doing the required work in flash alone is too time consuming, ideas are welcome on how to make it partly html and partly flash while maintaining the existing outlook/layout of the site.
We would also need some tips for updating the site with the help of template file and also updating other pages with lists of links to articles.
