Flash Animation - Small Cartoon

I need the following Flash Animation created. Should be about 1 minute in length. Please follow the steps below to the letter. You may use creative license where there is no specifics. For example, you can make the animation any color you like, but I would suggest it appeals to the eye if you're interested in future projects. Finished product should be able to play in Flash Players 5 and higher without problems. You can have it display in the player or from within a IE Web Browswer. Everything should display in a 500 x 500 window. It is important that you complete the project in time allowed.

Flash Animation Request

1 ??" The race of a Turtle, Fox and Cat.

2 ??" Each of them are shown coming from their homes. The turtle comes from a pond, the fox comes out of a hole in the hills and a cat comes out of a house.

3 ??" They all beginning walking up to the Starting Line come from their homes.

4 ??" They all race from the Starting Line

5 ??" After the race starts, they run past at least 3 Trees, 4 Houses and jump over a steam of “Yellow?? water flowing in a broke.

6 ??" They each take turns leading the race.

7 ??" The Cat wins and the Finish Line tape remains around his chest.

8 ??" They all wave Good-bye and walk off to their homes.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
