Flash Player similar to [login to view URL]

Basically, we'd like to have a similar player to abc.com. We want the ability to interject streaming flvs with interactive or static flv advertisements.

We currently have an out of the box flash player (source code included) that we have been using for some custom components of our own. Please reply with your flash examples and also a quick method for implementation.

## Deliverables

1) Flash Player that plays interactive ad media.

2) Ad media will likely be part of some XML schema, looking for developer to have creative and intelligent control over the system architecture
