Joomla template creation

This job is to design and create a Joomla template.

What I require is for you to design and install the template, menus, modules etc. I have loads of excellent quality pictures that the client has provided and need these throughout the site. the client also needs a gallery similar to [login to view URL]

Regarding functionality, the only additional component that will be required, will be a submission form so customers can enquire about the product.
