We need an online KENO system to be developed .

The KENO system should be Client - Server based where Server will be online 24h and accepting connections from Clients which will connect over internet. Communication by EXEs is preferred so communication is secured and we may use custom communication ports. Visual Basic is preferred as programming language.

KENO system should handle multiple currencies like EURO and USD, but not limited only to them. Currencies should be possible to be set by us. KENO System should have controlled payout, like normal gambling and casino games, which for example for every 100 EUR played, makes win ony 70 EUR, so remaining 30 EUR will be the owner's profit.

This payout percentage should be controllable and MUST be variable and changeable whenever needed. KENO should be like the standard game where customer can choose from one up to eight or ten numbers (minimum and maximum numbers chosen should be variable), then customer is printed a ticket where are stated his chosen numbers, his bet amount (including currency) and possible winning. Then every 4-5 minutes (time should be also variable) the game is started from server and broadcasted to all clients in same time, numbers are drawn. Client computers will be equipped with Graphic Cards which will have S-Video output. So we will connect normal TV screens to our computers to show numbers being drawn. A good graphic layout is needed to the TV screen so when numbers are drawn should be really great but also with a look in computer's performance! The animation shouldn't compromise overall computer performance.

KENO System should include also Jackpots which details will be given at the beggining of project. the result must be of random drawing numbers. Pick your own (max.) 8 winning numbers from 80.

The event starts every set up minutes and the random generator draws always 20 numbers plus 2 extra bonus numbers .

## Deliverables
