We want to develop an information and registration portal for our network marketing distributorship (we are not the company, but a group of distributors starting with this company). We pretty much know what we want and are very good at website design on HTML, but do not have enough expertise on database and flash design to do it all.
Website has to have a great visual impact (audio and image flash animation); it will register prospects and leads; have a backoffice for distributors to manage leads; have a content knowledge part with articles and tools for training; calendar; to do list; appointment manager; chat and posting board; autoresponder with html and text capabilities for unlimited number of email addresses and follow-up messages; online live help; Q&A section; help ticket system; email to leads, prospects, clients and distributors; a system for automatic email contact.
Very important: the portal site has to be able to be replicated into unlimited number of sites (for every one of our distributors who signs up for this service), all of which will be changed at the same time and every time the main portal is changed (PHP?). Every distributor personal promotion site must display their personal contact info. Must include support info; downline and upline info.
It will be a subscription-based site, paid monthly for about $20 US dollars per person. It will also have a free-based portion, for free-members who can access only limited parts of the portal. So, it will need an automatic administration system, for generating, keeping and validating passwords and usernames; granting access to free and paid members to their respective areas; following up to free members to upgrade; billing recurrent payments every month.
The paid members area will be constantly maintained and upgraded with tools, articles, ebooks, software, etc.
We almost forget: it needs to be at least in English and Spanish.
In short, it will be a website for our distributors to help them:
- recruit new distributors (they refer their contacts to their personal website to see what our company offers and where they in turn can subscribe to our portal and the to our main company).
- follow-up on contacts to subscribe to our portal
- follow-up on prospects to register to our main company
- distribute info on a periodic basis
- train them about network marketing, sales, our products, our compensation plan and our business devoloping system
- motivate free members to upgrade
- serve as a backoffice for leads, contacts, and business management
- serve as support and help
- finally, and not the least important: be a income generating system for all of us involved (and for you, of course)
The work needed is greater at the beginning, with the design of all the website, portal and management area. But, once it is functioning, it will need only am ongoing webmaster service.
Like we said, it will be a membership based website and portal. For about US$20 dollars it will sell very well, since our distributors are needing this service.
We think that we can easily have from 1000 to 5000 paid members in the next 12 months. Our goal is to have at least 10,000 paid members in 3 years. This means billing from US$20,000 to US$50,000 per month in the first year. And about US$100,000 monthly in three years.
We don't have the budget right now to pay upfront to build this kind of website, and we know for all of our past experiences (about 15 years working in the MLM industry) that we need to start with a very good site. So, we are willing to have you as our partner in this business.
We offer to share with you 20% of all earnings, permanently, on a month by month basis. This could mean that you build this website now and will be earning about US$200 to US$1000 PER MONTH in a year, and then... who knows! (truly a residual income that will grow every month).
We offer also to pay a webmaster fee -- once the site is up and running -- to be constantly reviewing and actualizing the site and, especially, monitoring it. We need you to bid us about it...
We'd suggest that you join us in our main network marketing company, so you could also share in our compensation plan, but IT IS NOT a requisite.
