We need a developer who can build themes for PHP Nuke from fully layered PSD's we supply them. The themes will include a flash header which incorporates dynamic buttons (read from a txt file). The theme will need to work in version PHP Nuke 7.4 up to the latest version. Our ideal candidate for this job would be both fast, accurate and competant enough to liase with our designer throughout the entire project.
Communication over msn is essential. Samples of your work included with your bid would be an advantage.
