web application for renting sun umbrellas and sunbeds

This job consists in building a website which manages the rent of sun umbrellas and sunbeds for lidos.
The manager should be able, using a back office, to:
1) define the layout of sun umbreallas on the beach;
2) manage the reservation;
3) manage accessories (like car park, sunbeds availability, etc.)
the users should be able to:
1) have a list of all lidos in a specific area using a map (google maps?);
2) once a lido is chosen, select a data, select an umbrella and/or some sunbeds and book for it.
If you are interested in this project, send me your project details specifing:
1) all functions you are going to include in the application;
2) technologies and, if possible, an idea about the layout (especially how the umbrellas can be shown);
3) timeline and cost.
