Web Site Needed

I want to totally redo my website located at [[url removed, login to view]][1]

I would like the flash intro to be on the home page somewhere in the top middle of the page.

I would also like 1 scrolling news box (similar to those on RentACoder). I want to be able to update and edit the text in the news box.

I would also like a "news" ticker tape that will scroll on the bottom of the pages that I can update and enter text.

Other then that I want to have a new contact page with a working form...I also want a page where I can assign a user a username and password...they can login...check mark a box stating that they agree and have read an NDA...and then they will be aloud to download the sensitive content.

I also want a page that will list bars that currently use my product. When a user clicks on the bar link they will see pictures, information, and news. The bars will get a username and password to edit their page themselves.

The information page will generally be the same, I may want to add a few pictures.

I have a relatively small budget but I want a great website. Please give me your best bid or let me know if you have any questions.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
