Web Site with circular animated menu

I am creating an ASP database driven web site.

My design requires a circular menu 800x600 square.

Where the menu buttons are a segment of the circle 18 segments 20 degrees each. Text appears within the circle.

Think of the Stargate from the TV series as the menu system.

When the page changes the circle rotates so that the selected page has it's segment on the 0 degree ( top of screen ) position.

When a page requiring lots of text appears the side section of the circle fades away to allow a wide screen of text within a 800x600 area.

When the mouse goes over the visible menu then the whole circle fades back in ready for navigation.

Hopefully you get the idea.

I need someone to design the animation and code, I can provide the final artwork.

Please show a demo of this or something similar in practice as proof of ability to do this.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
