We are in need of a website redesign.
Site consists of 15 pages. Some with different graphics on each but overall keep the same theme.
We will provide text content and new logos we just had designed. Graphics used may be royalty free or depending on how well they fit will be purchased by us. A small amount of flash would be nice as well email us for what we had proposed by a local developer before. Overall theme is for the Pacific Northwest We provide Internet and networking services.

do you have a mock-up? you can send as a jpg mock ups not used will be markes as NO on them and posted as an attachment for others to view so others may know what we are not looking for.
again we are not looking for a template, we have plenty of those. we are looking for somehting that has a pacific northwest feel to it.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
