Baby Shower Favor Tag Design

I need a baby shower favor tag (for the bags) created that can be printed on card stock by me. The size of each printed tag will be about 2" x 2" or just under. I'd like to get the design duplicated so maybe at least 10 could be printed on one page.
I have a very cute dalmation cartoon image that we would really like to use on it that I've uploaded. Just want to use the dalmation, and take away the blue background. What would be nice would be to have that image in the middle and then the printed words that we want surrounding it in a circle...i think that makes sense. ...I've seen many favors have that design.
We need this design asap because the baby shower is Sunday, so Saturday will be the main day to put the bags together with the tags on them.
Will gladly provide whatever further info is needed. The baby was adopted overseas so this is a pretty special occasion for the parents.
