Build a Website

We are looking to have a website with a similar "menu look and feel" and size to [url removed, login to view]

Note : The website being developed will not be a financial website so will not have any of the the complicated data driven code required to mine market rates or tap into market feeds etc. We only quote this site as an example of the quality we are expecting the programmers to deliver to us.

1) Website will need to be database driven.

2) The menu system will remain quite constant like the example site but all the content will be fully controlled by the back end which must be user friendly and content be able to be easily changed for most of the menus on the site, including allowing for additional pages as needed.

3) Search engine optimized

4) It will be a subscription over time based site that will let users pay through the pay pal gateway. Some of the content is free but most content is through subscription.

5) We would like an affiliate marketing program attached to this that lets clients extend their subscription if they convince new users to join.

6) Website needs to fast loading and able to optimized to transition to mobile platforms being developed in future months.
