We need a full on ecommerce solution including credit card payments. We do not really care what cart system it is in as long as it is not proprietary (publically available) as well as it is PHP based.

We will need the graphics design and store integration done. Data entry should be an import. Must take credit cards through standard payment gateways, we will host and handle ssl etc.
Please do not submit bid based on OSCommerce. Your bid should be itemized for the different components of the project including license fees. We have looked at x-cart and it seems to be a good fit for what we are wanting to do.
Please ask questions if you need them. Turn around time on this is about 1 month. We do not need any crazy shopping cart features, most stores we have looked have everything in house except for the build a board mentioned above. Some carts do have this.
