Modifications needed - PHP Script package

I have a PHP Script Package that I need the following modification to be done:
1. Script currently only supports one currency - USD. Modification: Add 2 more currencies (Which I will let you know which two and modify that you can select any of the three currencies as the default.
2. Script only has PayPal as payment processor. Modification: Add another payment option: Pay Fast - API integration docs and specs available on their website.
3. PayPal option: Modification. If default currency is not USD, a conversion should be done of the default currency to USD before the payment is put through to PayPal. If the default currency is X and the amount is 200. The backend system should check and convert X200 to USD10 and put USD10 through PayPal for payment.
4. Payment Preference. Modification: Only list PayPal, Pay fast, and EFT (If EFT then space to put banking details).
5. Admin currently sees a huge list of all Escrows' and users. Modification: Limit the lists to 20 per page and also add ability to search for an escrow or a user.
6. Admin currently have no report of Escrows completed 100% and what need to be paid to whom and via what method. Modification. Add n report that the admin can see what escrow transactions have been completed 10% by the seller & buyer and what amount is due to the user and what payment method the user prefers. After payment was done by admin then the admin can complete the payment outstanding report for the transaction.
7. User has no record of escrow transactions that have been completed 100% by them and the buyer/seller. Modification: Add report/function that a user can see what escrow transactions have been done in the past and what are completed 100% and the status of the payment if relevant.
8. Admin area upgrade. Modification: Improve the admin area. Put your own ideas here. Add ability to maybe add banners, change email templates etc.
9. Design frontend. Modification: Change the design of the frontend.
10. User area upgrade. Modification: Improve the user area. Put your own ideas here. Maybe add that a user can see how much funds they have available in their account for pay-out.
11. Check the script package for any bugs.
12. Install the script.
