I need the following:

1) a front page with images and text I'll provide;

2) a link to register and choose a partner (from available partners left

For example the registration page would have a "choose partner area" and show first names of all people invited to play, and show if they have registered yet, and if they have a partner yet. The new player could then choose which partner they want to be paired with, if that partner is still available. The person registering can choose top 5 partners, ranking them 1-5, just in case someone they choose ends up not registering;

3) a slideshow type of page that will show last years event pictures.

My budget is very very low. Max: $30. GAF only allows me minimum of $30-100. If you can't do it for $30 or less, do not bid.
