Create a Drupal Template in OpenAtrium

We are looking to create a template for the OpenAtrium distribution of Drupal. We have mocked up the screens and have content - see attached screen shot. The screen shot is for a customer portal. Our customers will be logging into this workspace to access the collection of tools we provide.
While we have the mockup of our workspace, and have this working in Drupal (DrupalGardens) now we need to implement this in OpenAtrium. We have a development site in Pantheon setup for this.
The opportunity will exist to build out additional functionality once the template is completed.
