I need plugin/modification for Red5 Flash Server to "extract" received audio/video and send them compressed (vp6/NellyMoser)? over TCP connection to another PC.
## Deliverables
It is necessary to develop plugin or modification for Red5 Flash server. Currently Red5 recevies audio and
video from another flash application (run at webbrowsers at client side). Audio and video is sent via rtmp protocol.
Plugin should "extract" audio and video recevied by Red5 and send to another "remote application".
Actually, Red5 will work as proxy/gateway. Transmission delay should be minimal.
Transfer to "remote application" should be done via TCP connection. "Remote application" can be run either at
the same PC with Red5, or at the another PC.
Audio should be sent uncomressed 8-16kHz\8-16bit\mono.
Video should be sent frame by frame, as RGB16 or RGB24 bitmaps.
Soluition should support Windows XP/2003 and Linux Ubuntu.
