Fetch and present data from Excel (Bootstrap, [login to view URL] [login to view URL]) - repost

I'm creating a search data index for medicinal products. The front end the webpage will be a simple minimalistic bootstrapped page. I would like to use Tiwtter's Typeahead as a serach engine to show what follows.
The job I'm outsourcing is mainly the script/coding needed to fetch the data from an Excel file. This file includes everything necessary, like product names, item numbers, medicine names and of course prices. Please note that the Excel file will be updated monthly. The code should therefore be easy to use and maintenance.
By searching for any of the mentioned parameters (item number, name, or medicine name) I want the search result to present a list of price information for each product, with a feature to sort the list according to name or price.
When clicking on a product, all the parameters related to it should be shown. Also, prices from previous months (uploads) should be shown.
Having a good feeling for design is of value, as I'm very keen to keep the layout minimalistic and sleek.
Continuous communication is preferable for the sake of clear requirements and high quality result.
