Make me a custom twitter feed site

I have a domain name - [url removed, login to view] - I want to have a twitter feed on there showing the latest tweets from celebrities twitter pages. An example of the type of site i want: [url removed, login to view][dot]com

It has to:

- Use Twitters API service

- Be aesthetically very good

- Be easy to update and add or remove tweets

- Have a 'suggest a celebrity' button linked to a contact form.

- Be able to run on a Linux php 5 server

The website pages:

- Home page, with the latest tweets from all celebrities, a search box, and a list of celebrities by category (e.g Comedians: russell brand, jimmy carr etc...)

- Celebrity profile: each celebrity added needs to have their own profile page, with the list of their latest tweets, their biography, and a link to their websites

- About us: just a page outlining what [url removed, login to view] is

THIS SHOULD BE AN EASY PROJECT FOR THE RIGHT PERSON, THIS IS VERY LIMITED BUDGET, AND NEEDS TO BE DONE VERY SOON.
