219121 Need site to have IM timer

Ok site is teaching space dot com does have skype for the instant messgenger part but I sell tutoring time, so 1 credit is $4.99 or 10 minutes of online tutoring, that is all set but I have a programmer that says he cannot put a timer on the site, which I know you can tutor city dot com has the same feature and like tutor dot com there is a way. I need the site to log all time when the IM is used between the tutor and teacher. any question let me know. site is php job is needed asap long term possibilities
