I need someone who can create a simple Sales Quote app for Android 3.0+ Honeycomb Tablets that would input some basic customer information and material line items, labor, and calculate the total with tax, etc. The user would then have the ability to save the quote and also the ability to email the quote as a PDF to customer. Should also be able to open, edit and delete quotes. There would also be additional form page(s) that would have additional fields for use if the quote is to be processed. All data should be saved to a unique file name using the Customers Name and Date.
If the quote is to be processed to be signed, the user can generate a set of documents in PDF format, that would include the quote, a contract, and other related forms based on the information provided in the quote.
The app DOES NOT need to have signature capture. I plan on using another app to do that after the PDFs are saved. However, this would be a nice add-on feature you can price seperately, if you know how to do it and make it work! I really like the Formotus app and how it captures signatures. I know there is also a Signature Capture app on the Android Market that can be used to integrate with other apps that may be able to be used.
The generated forms will have company logos, etc. I will provide a copy of the basic quote fields in excel for the quote form and also the additional fields and contracts to generate the PDF docs.
The app should be fully compatible with Android 3.0+ for Tablet and be able to be used in Portrait or Landscape Mode. The fields should also be in tab order so you can advance easily to the next field, especially for use with add on Keyboards.
Must provide a working app and code. Payment will be in escrow and paid upon completion.
