Skip Checkout parts for Wholesale Users only

In Checkout process, if the user is logged in as Wholesale User, skip "Shipment method" and "Payment method" tabs, and where "Shipment method" and "Payment method" are displayed, display instead the phrase "Not Available".

Details:

- Checkout process

- Only for WholeSale Users (Mage::getSingleton('customer/session')->getCustomerGroupId() == 2)

- The tabs "Shipment method" and "Payment method" might be not displayed, or greyed, and have to be not clickable nor accessible.

- Hard coding is okay as long as it doesn't broke the Magento system.

- The "Shipment method" and "Payment method" are shown into sent emails, Customers "My Pages", Print Order, and backend. They have not to be visible: You can modify the code not to display it when the order have been made by WholeSale users, or simply create a trick that would insert "Not Available" instead of the methods Names directly into the Database, so that it would be displayed correctly everywhere easily.

That's all.

This is a genuine Magento installation (1.5.1.0). The only modification that you should be aware of concerning the Checkout page is that I'm using CSS and Javascript to un-display other Shipment Methods and auto-select Free Shipment only in the case the user is NOT a wholesale user and the FreeShipment is available. So this should not interfere in the modification I'm asking you for, as they concern other users groups ID (0 and 1 actually).

Conditions:

+ You cannot access directly to my files, so you have to tell me what to modify. (This is VERY important).

+ I need it done today.

This is a small modification this time, but I have a lot of work on Magento left to be done. This is my way to find proficient programmers.
