Wordpress Theme Tweaks

Hi, I am looking for someone who is very familiar with wordpress and can work with me online from 7AM to 12AM EST Time Zone. Job is pretty easy. No custom coding of any graphics design. Below is the list tweaks which you will need to work on. Most of the work is related to css style sheet.
Font style, Font size,
Colors, Hover, background color changes.
Padding style changes.
Couple of plugin/widget have to removed and couple of plugins/widget have to be implemented.
Social Networking links.
Footer text removal.
Logo placement.
Once all these done, then you MIGHT have to transfer the site from my current server to another server and help me with the email list implementation.
If you are familiar with wordpress, this job will hardly take more than few hrs. So if you wanna go by the hrs please mention your hourly rate in bid.
