Joomla Tender Extension

We require the development of a Joomla Extension. This has to be done on the MVC framework. The overall specifications are as follows:

- User Management

The extension must cater for 2 users. Front-end and Backend. The backend users whill have rights like editor publisher etc and will have different functions in the extension.

- Tender Management

System mast cater for loading and creating tenders. The tenders must each be classified in provinces/state, commodity, categories. Tender numbers will be created by system. Tenders must have expiry date.

- Newsletters

All users must be notified of new tenders by sms and email, interfaces to be provided.

- Payment Gateway

The system must allow anyone from public to join as a member. It must be able to accept payments (gateway to be provided). The types of membership must also be able to be defined by admin.
