WYSIWYG for PHP-Nuke 7.1

I am looking for a skill coder in php and mysql and install and integrate a WYSIWYG editor into the text areas of [PHP-NUKE 7.1

Coder must complete the following:

1. Fully integrate a working WYSIWYG editor for php-nuke.

2. Edit code to bypass disallowed html tags so the editor works perfectly

3. Document code for further editing for future revisions.

A WYSIWYG editor will be provided, the editor has been already developed for PHP-Nuke, and therefore requires only small code changes to PHP-Nuke's engine.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
