Installed and extension, blew my magento site

hi, i installed a apptha social login, this extension is for login with fb/twitter, etc, it was making a conflict with one of my cart extensions, my site is extremely customized, after several conflicts i decide to uninstall it, i did, the extension comes with a tgz , so i uninstall it, because i can't register new customers because is asking for facebook, twitter... etc (check screenshot), the problem is that need to remove the remains of this extension eventhough i uninstall it properly, and on the customer grid of the magento backend, the customers don't show, blank page, check the screen shot.
