ACP/UCP For Game server - Mysql,PHP

I need a UCP/ACP For SAMP Game server we are using Mysql save system for saving players info so we need a ACP/UCP For Website so here is the details to what all to include in ACP/UCP/ Note:This is a small script/simple script.

I will provide mysql database access to the scripter and website access if anything more needed you can ask me.

In The Ucp Following Things:

When the player logged in then player will be able to see : User CP and My Profile Tab And log out

If player Clicks User Cp The player

Score

Money + Bank = Net worth : Amount

If admin 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 = Staff Admin

If vip = 1 Then Show Donating Player

Kills

Death

If BANNED = 1 Then show Banned Player

If Regular=1 Then show regular player

Skin = Show player photo with the player skin id

Min,Hour = Total alive time Ex: 1:00

raped = Times Raped by others

arrests = How Many Arrests Done:

storesrobbed = how many stored has robbed by this player

banksrobbed = how many Bank has robbed by this player

playersrobbed = how many players has robbed by this player

Fixed : How many times He have fixed the Vehicle

Ticketed = How many tickets Issued

tazzed = players tazed

mb = Money bags Found

hits = Hit Completed

lotto = Lottos Won

class = Player Class. Ex: Cop,army or Fbi --- (1 for cop. 2 for fbi. 3 for swat. 4 for army. 5 for medic. 6 for civ.)

city = City Choosed For spawn

House = houses owned

biz = Business Owned

w1 = weapon 1 if any

a1 = ammo have in weapon 1

same for all 13 weapon

If user clicks User CP

He will be able to Change Email,Password (the password will send to this email if he enters the correct email when click forgot pass)

Top 10 - T o see the top ten players for Hit Completed ,kills , Death , Alive Time,Arrests , Money Bags Found

To Show Admin Control Panel:

Player stats - Enter a player name and it will show all the coloum in the databse each everything

Add a user - If Admin Level = 3 or higher

Delete a user - If admin - 4

Ban a user - if admin level 1 or higher

Unban a user if admin level = 1 or higher

News system for showing to only admin - Level 3 or higher

Refund System - First Enter player name to refund then enter the amount to refund = Increase the amount to player money in databse

Promote to donator - Enter name to give donator stats and set 1 to vip coloum in database = Level 4 only

Promote to admin - Enter the player name and level to give - level 4 only.
