I have a Internet station where the users can request songs. The limit is 3 per hour, however a few figured out how to defeate my basic script. Your job is to modify the attached code (PHP) so that:

IP [url removed, login to view] makes a request then

IP [url removed, login to view] makes a request then

IP [url removed, login to view] makes a request then

IP [url removed, login to view] makes a request - the program should then block all request from [url removed, login to view] (all 255)

Correct Use:

IP [url removed, login to view] repeats (same fourth octete)

[url removed, login to view]

[url removed, login to view]

If the fourth Octete is the same (complete same IP) then this IP passes rule checks.
