Simple MySQL PHP work

I have 3 excel files in which i have records created with manual data entry. in total there are [url removed, login to view] records. Each record has about 26 fields each. Records are classified advertisements. like date of publishing, paper name, section, content, etc...

Work is:

- Prepare the excel file: You will need to format each field and check for data errors and correct them. e.g. Date fields shall be of the correct date format. numeric fields shall be numeric etc. You will need to correct the errors by using simple excel techniques. It may take 2-3 hours for your to do this.

- Create a MySQL table & import: You will be given FTP & MySQL login. You need to create a Mysql table for this excel file and then import the excel file. and verify that import is correct like data, numeric items and correct content is imported in the correct field.

- Create a simple PHP script that will allow search on this database and present 10 records at a time. Many free scripts can be modified to suit the requirements. Search will be on all the fields with option to filter with some fields. Other then making a standard php script please keep 5-6 hours extra for discussions on chat and modifying the script to suite our custom requirement. Once your general search script is working i will need the developer to chat with me on skype and keep doing minor modifications as per requests to finalize it.

issues:

- Please note some data in excel file will need to be manually correct. For this you should know how to sort the data in excel and use drag & drop to correct the data.
