78356 Content Mngmnt script needed

For a beauty salon website This script can be a modified content management script. None of the ones I've found so far specifically will do what I need without modifications which I don't have the time to do myself. This is not a NEWS site. The content that needs to be managed includes a price list, a bio of the salon owner, and the homepage, including monthly product specials. The people who will be working with the content management script do not know html at all and would need to be able to simply enter content into such areas as "Content Headline", "Content", etc. for the homepage. For the price list, they should see the existing price list as it is, and be able to simply click on "edit" for whichever item they wish to change. Please do not bid if you cannot do this within our specified budget. Thank you.
